Shipping policy

 

Hello from Jaipur!

Once your order is placed, we require 10 business days to process and dispatch your order. Please note that business days are considered Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. If you are ordering a piece that is sized to your specifications, please allow us up to 15 working days to deliver it to you. If the item is a pre-order from one of our upcoming collections, please note the scheduled collection release and delivery dates given as part of the product details.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We provide free shipping within India for orders above 5000 INR. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries takes 2-5 business days. In case there is a delay in delivery, we will immediately contact you regarding the same. We have carefully chosen shipping partners due to their reputations for prompt and reliable services. Despite this, deliveries are occasionally delayed, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience.

I’ve placed an order online and need an update. Who do I call or email?

You can reach out directly to orders@minajaipur.com. All of your orders are packed by hand from the atelier, Monday-Saturday, 11 - 5 pm. That is the best time to contact us and expect a timely response :) We take upto 24 to 48 hours to respond, so patience is much appreciated. 

For Domestic orders:

All Domestic orders are shipped via Speed Dart and Xpressbees with delivery confirmation tracking and insurance.

Do you cover lost or stolen packages? 

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back at MINA Jaipur and will incur a reshipment fee.
